Email Delivery Issues

Issue Overview:
We are currently addressing a significant service issue related to email delivery disruptions that have impacted some of our users. This issue stems from recent changes implemented by our email service provider, SparkPost, aimed at complying with new list-unsubscribe header requirements by email platforms like Gmail and Yahoo. Unfortunately, these changes have inadvertently caused emails to be quarantined by Microsoft Office365 and led to instances where some recipients received multiple copies of the same email.
Current Status:
  • Microsoft Office365 Email Quarantining:
We are actively working with SparkPost and Microsoft to rectify the situation and ensure emails reach their intended recipients without being incorrectly filtered.
  • Email Duplication:
Our team is investigating the root cause of the email duplication issue to implement a solution that prevents future occurrences.
User Impact:
  • Users may experience delays in email delivery or find emails directed to their spam or junk folders.
  • Some users may receive duplicate emails until the issue is fully resolved.
Actions Being Taken:
  • Close collaboration with SparkPost to resolve these issues as swiftly as possible.
  • Regular updates will be provided as we make progress towards a resolution.
What You Can Do:
  • Please check your spam or junk folders if you are expecting emails that have not arrived in your inbox.
  • If you receive duplicate emails, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to solve this problem.
We're Here to Help:
Your experience and trust in our platform are of utmost importance to us. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and are dedicated to resolving these challenges quickly. Should you have any concerns or need assistance, please contact our support team at support@cloudcompli.com or through our support portal.
