We’re excited to introduce a new way to streamline your reporting workflow! Now, after publishing a report, you can instantly email deficiencies to your contacts with just one click! 📧✨
Here’s how it works:
  1. Manage deficiency email recipients on the email settings page on the individual site home page.
  2. When filling out the deficiency section in an inspection report, select yes to enable the option to email the deficiency.
  3. Choose from your existing recipient list or quickly add new emails on the fly.
  4. Once the report is published, deficiencies will automatically be sent to the selected recipients!
For more detailed instructions, check out our Email Deficiencies Directly from a Report Article.
