You can now upload and manage shared documents in a centralized Global Document Library—accessible to all users within your account. Attach files to emails with ease, organize content by program, and reduce duplicate uploads.

Fixed a Safari-specific issue causing the multi-select dropdown to render incorrectly. This dropdown is used for filtering by tags on program site summary pages and other areas.

Where to Find It
When emailing a report or deficiency, simply use the new “Email Attachment” option towards the bottom of the email page to upload your supporting documents.
From Our Email Provider:
On May 6th, 2025 between approximately 6:43pm-12:30am EST an issue occurred resulting in messages for some customers not being sent as expected. The root cause was identified and engineering has since resolved the issue. Email sending returned to its expected state after that time period.
Engineering teams are continuing to monitor email sending and implement further improvements to our systems.
